We're kicking off the summer with our famous Total Tuna Takedown Night here at Vintners, where our chefs will breakdown a whole tuna into a dizzying array of delicacies ranging from fresh sashimi and poke to seared tuna steaks and fire roasted tuna cheeks. And you know we'll have corks popping every which way and our team behind the sticks whipping us specialty cocktails.
