Long gone are the days when Champagne was only seen as a celebratory wine–finally, this world class elixir is being seen as the complex, age worthy wine that it is. That being said, we can't help but lean into its revelry whenever we open up a bottle of something special.
Join us for an evening of vintage wines back to 1990, as we explore everything that makes perfectly aged Champagne so special. These wines will be paired alongside an eclectic five course menu meant the highlight the incredible diversity and flavor profiles from the region.
